Kris Fade Returns To ARN With His Own National Show

Australian Radio Network (ARN) has announced the launch of The Kris Fade Show across KIIS FM’s national network every Sunday morning from 29 July.

The new show will air from 8am to 10am every Sunday on Sydney’s KIIS 1065, Melbourne’s KIIS 101.1, Brisbane’s 97.3, Adelaide’s Mix 102.3 and Perth’s 96FM.

Fade got his start in radio as part of the street team for ARN’s Edge 96.ONE and won an ACRA for Best Music Personality (Provincial) in 2007.

In 2008, he moved to Dubai to help start Virgin Radio, where his on-air success has continued including being named Ahlan! magazine’s Best Personality in Dubai.

The Kris Fade Show will bring a mix of celebrity interviews, multicultural voices and international guests to KIIS listeners every week.

ARN’s national content director, Duncan Campbell, said: “Kris is a great radio talent and his fresh, fun show is a great fit for the KIIS network.

“Being based in Dubai but with a strong connection to Australia, Kris has created a unique international show with wide appeal featuring celebrity guests, warm humour and great music which KIIS audiences will love.”

On joining the KIIS network, Fade said: “I got my start in radio in my hometown of Sydney with ARN, so it’s great to be back on radio with my own show across Australia. I can’t wait to kick it off this Sunday.”
