History Will Be Kind Powers Smarter Shopping With Shopback

Communications consultancy, History Will Be Kind (HWBK), is bolstering its retail portfolio and helping to pave the way in online shopping with Asia-Pacific’s leading cashback portal, ShopBack.

Following a successful launch into Australia in 2018, HWBK has been engaged as the brand’s key communications agency locally, driving an integrated communications strategy that will build ShopBack’s profile, share of voice and thought leadership in market.

ShopBack Australia country manager, Angus Muffet (pictured below), said his team is looking forward to building on the resounding success of the platform’s first major campaign in Australia, ShopFest – an initiative that connected shoppers with all the best end of year sales and more than 900 iconic retailers.

Muffet commented: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with HWBK and working together towards the ultimate goal of making shopping via ShopBack a daily habit for Australians.

“The agency has the expertise, creativity and tenacity to help elevate the brand as the leading loyalty platform in Australia.”

HWBK founder, Emma-Jane Granleese, said: “The team has an undeniable passion for technology and innovation, alongside online shopping!

“ShopBack brings all of this together, in one inspiring package.

“From startup to regional heavyweight, the business provides an exciting platform for consumers to connect with their favourite retailers, earning real cash savings in the process.

“They are true pioneers in their industry and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be working together to make history.”
