Blue Star Group Australia To Rebrand As Part Of ‘ive Group’

Blue Star Group – printers of such esteemed organs as B&T – today announced a rebrand that will see most operating divisions of the existing Blue Star Group form part of the broader print and marketing communications group to be known as ive.

Blue Star’s integrated solutions division (Blue Star IQ) and its creative technology division (Blue Star Create) will be branded separately under the newly unveiled brand architecture. The change also sees Blue Star’s highly successful heat set web offset division Webstar to be branded Blue Star Web moving forward.

ive Group will consist of 3 operating divisions – Blue Star Group, iveo and Kalido (refer attached brand architecture and updated organisational structure).

ive Group Executive Chairman Geoff Selig said: “We are firmly of the view that our refreshed brand architecture better reflects the increased diversity of our offer whilst retaining most of our current Blue Star Group divisional brands. As we seek to grow our business across an increasingly broader set of capabilities and communications channels, it is important we communicate this effectively through how we present ourselves to the market”.
