MFA Grand Prix goes to Initiative

Initiative took home the prized Grand Prix gong at the Media Federation Awards in Sydney last night for its ‘Help Me Choose’ campaign for Hyundai and Kia.

The media agency also took home the automotive category with ‘Help Me Choose’ at the 15th annual Media Federation of Australia Awards last night, October 24.

The event saw 700 hundred guests descend on The Star where independent media agency Match Media and MEC took home the greatest number of accolades.

MEC was awarded four gongs and a highly commended in the ngen Award category while Match Media won three categories.

MEC won the clothing/cosmetics and retail category as well as the food and grocery, media/entertainment/travel and leisure and Best Media Innovation awards.

Match dominated Best Integrated Media Campaign, Best Demonstration of Results and pro-bono/cause marketing incentive.

GroupM’s John Steedman was this year’s Hall of Fame recipient.
