So behold, the B&T Bootcamp mentors. Well, the ones announced so far, that is.

  • Willie Pang – CEO, MediaCom

The newly-appointed CEO has more than 20 years’ experience at the leading edge of a number of technology specialties, both for major name organisations and start-ups. He has worked in the US, UK, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Pang’s expertise spans IT and technology infrastructure through to cloud computing, marketing automation, big data & analytics and more.

Pang is a member of the MFA awards committee, a former Festival of Media Global Awards judge and a member of ADMA and AIMIA. His counts among his key networks key positions at the world’s major digital media companies. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s also especially interested in supporting not-for-profit organisations that solving problems that affect the world’s poor and under-privileged.

Pang has experienced a meteoric rise through the ranks of MediaCom – and you’ll learn a whole bunch from him at Bootcamp on how to propel your career like his.

  • Charmaine Moldrich, CEO of the Outdoor Media Association and MOVE

Moldrich is the super-successful CEO of both the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) and MOVE (Measurement of Outdoor Visibility and Exposure). Talk about an overachiever.

She has over 30 years’ experience in leadership, management, marketing, communications and business development across a variety of different sectors – and is one of your speakers for Bootcamp. And she has a lot to teach you.

  • Anthony Xydis, Chief Marketing Officer at Australian Radio Network

Before joining ARN, Xydis was the International Marketing and Brand Director for Clear Channel across Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America and, previously, was Marketing Director of Adshel Australia and New Zealand. Again, a super-successful speaker.

Now, Xydis is the CMO at Australian Radio Network – and led the marketing strategy for the launch of Sydney’s KIIS 1065, headlined by Kyle & Jackie O, resulting in the brand moving from last place to #1FM in just eight weeks. Imagine if you could do that! Well you can, because at he’s at Bootcamp to teach you the tricks of the trade.

  • Nitsa Lotus, Managing Director of TBWA\Sydney

With over 20 years experience, Lotus has helped transform brands like VISA International, David Jones, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola, ANZ, GlaxoSmithKline, St.George, Beiersdorf, Singapore Airlines and RaboDirect.

Lotus has also helped create some of Australia’s most memorable campaigns including the “greedy banker” campaign for RaboDirect. Her experience ranges from launching new products for big blue chip brands to helping challenger brands take on leader brands – and win.   • Ben Welsh, Chief Creative Officer at DDB Sydney

Welsh is a world-renowned creative leader with a ton of Aussie and international creative and effectiveness awards under his belt. Ben joined DDB Sydney in 2016, to take on the role of chief creative officer, from M&C Saatchi, where he was creative chairman, Asia.

And now Welsh is bringing his creative genius to Bootcamp! Bring a pen, because you’ll be taking a lot of notes.

  • Sharon Schoenborn, Director of Small, Medium and Corporate Business at Microsoft Australia

In her 17 years at Microsoft, Schoenborn has held a range of leadership roles across enterprise, public sector, corporate, SMB and consumer segments.  Currently she is the Director for Small, Medium and Corporate Business responsible for enabling Australian organisations to innovate and grow through digital transformation.

Previously, Schoenborn was the Director of Microsoft’s Office Business Group and responsible for Australia’s leading business productivity platform. She also led Microsoft’s OEM division as Director of Sales and Marketing where she was responsible growing share through a differentiated devices portfolio in the Australian market.

Schoenborn is also currently a member of the board of directors for the Queensland Museum and in 2013 was recognised as Microsoft Australia’s Leader of the Year – oh, and she’s speaking at Bootcamp. Excited already? We don’t blame you.

  • Andy Lark, CMO of Foxtel

Lark is a globally recognised marketer, business leader and Amazon bestselling author. He built one of the most successful SaaS start-ups into a global software powerhouse; launched apps used by millions every day; lead the transformation of Australia’s most vibrant financial services brand; and, built one of the largest eCommerce sites in the world.

As an executive, entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Lark has raised and deployed billions of dollars to realise the potential of innovation. He’s also regarded as one of the world’s leading thinkers on marketing and business disruption. Well worth buying a ticket to Bootcamp, if you ask us.

So there you have it folks – the above are some of the fabulous speakers for B&T Bootcamp – and they’re a whole lot to get excited over.

But that’s not all! The bootcamp will also include masterclasses on purpose and values, as well as negotiation, by Culture Zone director Kate Chaffer and eccentric business scientist Allan Parker. Plus, a class on how to foster diverse workplace cultures by creative director, Gemma Hunter.
