Carl’s Jr. Appoints Dig&Fish As Creative Marketing Agency in Australia

American fast food restaurant chain Carl’s Jr. has appointed Dig&Fish as lead creative agency in Australia.

Owned by parent company CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc., the global burger chain has penetrated the Australian QSR market with its first restaurant opening just over two-years ago, with further plans to open 300 restaurants and create an estimated 18,000 jobs across the country.

“We have an ambitious growth plan in Australia and through our authentic, creative work with Dig&Fish, the Carl’s Jr. team is excited and confident that we’ll reach these goals, amplify our brand and have some fun along the way,” said Ned Lyerly, CKE International President.

“It’s vital for us to work with agencies that align with our ambition, strategic thinking and ability to be innovative, and we believe that Dig&Fish is the right partner to help our growth strategy in Australia.”

“We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with Carl’s Jr. and bringing our expertise and creativity to this incredible brand as it expands in Australia,” said Angie Bradbury, founder and managing director, Dig&Fish, Melbourne. “We’ll be bringing a new creative campaign to life in 2018 that is bold and energetic, reflective of the Carl’s Jr. brand.”

Carl’s Jr. opened the first Australian restaurant in 2016. Now, with restaurants in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and the first in Victoria opening in October, the company is on track to be a force in the quick service restaurant industry in Australia.
