Rovio brand boss catapulting in for ADMA event

ADMA is slingshotting in the head of brand partnerships and advertising for Angry Birds creator Rovio as its international keynote at the ADMA Global Forum.

London-based Todd Tran will share the secrets of how the Finnish company took an iPhone game and used social media and mobile to create a global phenomenon, with 1.7bn downloads.

Rovio has one of the largest advertising platforms in the world, using video, rich media and banner ads, and recently launched one of the world’s largest video distribution networks.

His talk will include TV’s place in mobile gaming, engineering a cross-channel platform, and how the brand has infiltrated the offline world.

Beam Spirits’ regional marketing director James Sykes will also be appearing at the event in August, and will be interviewed by ADMA CEO Jodie Sangster on how he uses his learnings from other markets in Australia and how to love the gap between what your business needs and the market can deliver.
