Former Colenso MD Scott Coldham Named Lumo Digital Outdoor Board Member

New Zealand-based Lumo Digital Outdoor has unveiled the newest independent director to its board, ex-Colenso managing director, Scott Coldham.

Coldham is most notably known for his role as Colenso BBDO Managing Director. During his tenure the agency became one of the most successful creative agencies in the world.

Since leaving the agency in January he has been named as chief marketing officer with NZ technology company Whip Around and local menswear brand Asuwere.

LUMO Chairman, Shannon Walsh, said Coldhams’ addition as an independent director is a great chance for the businesses to get more insight into successfully fostering and growing agency relationships.

“Bringing in an independent director to our Board is about broadening our horizons and challenging our perspectives on what agencies and advertisers are seeking from businesses like LUMO.”

Coldham becomes the sixth board member for rapidly growing independent digital Out of Home leader Lumo, which is building a reputation as one of New Zealand’s most innovative media businesses.

For Coldham, this is a pivotal moment to be joining the business as it continues to grow upwards and outwards.

“I am excited about joining this ambitious business at a time when I hope to add a little bit of value from the boardroom,” he said.

“I have been very impressed with what Phil, Kent and the team have achieved in such a short space of time and I am looking forward to staying connected and giving back in a small way to an industry that has given me so much”

Phil Clemas, CEO of LUMO, said Coldham is a perfect addition for an independent board member:
