Leo Burnett Sydney has announced the appointment of two new Strategy Directors, highlighting its ongoing commitment to bringing brands and people together in new ways through connected thinking.

Stephenie (Steph) Ho and Mitchell (Mitch) Incoll are exceptional talents bringing significant strategy expertise to Leo’s Connect Strategy team.

Ho brings a hybrid background in creative, digital and PR agencies and a passion for tech, finance and sponsorship. Steph joins from DT, where she oversaw brand, creative, sponsorship and digital strategy. She has also worked at Tongue and Weber Shandwick, won numerous awards and was recently shortlisted for B&T 30 Under 30.

Incoll is a strategist with broad experience in media and communications. He has a passion for creative thinking, data and technology, and experience working on a portfolio of global brands, most recently with PHD. He has also worked with OMD, Naked Communications and in New York as a Strategic Planner and Marketing and Communications Director.

Emily Taylor, head of connect strategy, said: “We are thrilled to have Steph and Mitch on board. Both are big thinking, super intelligent collaborators who have applied their creative thinking, questioning and strategic smarts to deliver impressive, tangible results for clients.

“Their diverse expertise in digital, media and communications adds new dimensions to our strategic department of cross-discipline experts. We’re not hiring duplicates. We’re covering all bases as we challenge convention and seek new ways to add value and grow our clients’ businesses.”
