Kontented Kollective Ends Season One With All-Star Female CEO Panel

After 12 weeks on the couch chatting to some of Australia’s top CEO’s, CMO’s, Heads of & Business Founders the final episode of this season’s Kontented Kollective airs this Wednesday, 12th October.

For this final episode we pulled together an all-star panel consisting of three amazing women at the top of their game.  On the couch(es) this week we’re joined by Katie Rigg-Smith CEO of Mindshare, Kristie Asciak Head of Fuse and Mel Fein CEO of Ensemble who discuss with Kontented Founder & CEO Kate Constantine (nee Edwards) the trials and tribulations of being a woman at the top in the cut throat & male dominated Media & Advertising industry.

This awesome four-some discuss their views on quotas & diversity, advice for those coming thru the ranks (both male & female), the dual roles of being a CEO & a parent as well as how each inspire, lead and navigate the challenges of running multi million dollar businesses.

On creating the podcast series, Constantine (nee Edwards) said, “Podcasts are the new black, and I have got my Little Black Dress on! Wow, what a truly personal – emotive and engaging medium. I have received so many emails from so many people all over the world about our podcast, we have Universities using it as a teaching aid, and have has such great feedback from the industry – it really is a thrill to see how far this little idea travelled. So much so, that I think we might just come back for another season in 2017.

“I am truly grateful to all my guests who gave up their time to inspire me and our listeners, these people are literally some of the busiest and most well–regarded in our profession and all were so generous.

“And to the ladies in my final episode – well what dynamos you are! All under 40 and all at the top of their tree. What a huge inspiration you are to the rest of industry, you each are leading by example. Bravo!”
