KitchenAid have revealed their colour of the year as ‘honey’, in a consumer-facing campaign of food Masterclasses.

Class one is focused on sweets, and will take place on February 24. It features baker Katherine Sabbath and Arnott’s iconic Tim Tam and Chocolate Ripples.

February 25, the savoury themed second class will be presented by Harris Farm and Belinda Gazzard, KitchenAid’s In-House Maker.

The final class on February 26 focuses on ‘how to master styling your next dinner party’ with interior designer Steve Cordony and catering whiz Amanda Cordony.

All the classes will be held at the Vive Cooking School in New South Wales.

Proceeds of the ticket sales will be donated to the charity OzHarvest, and for every pair of tickets sold to the Colour of the Year event, 262 meals will be distributed to those in need.

To celebrate the colour of the year, KitchenAid has released a range of cooking appliances in the rich orange honey shade.
