Independent media agency Kaimera has recruited five new team members to manage its continued growth, following several new client wins including Britbox, Campos and Under Armour.

Daniel Miller (pictured above) has joined from News Connect, where he was an associate programmatic trader, in the newly created role of platforms manager. In the role, he will help build tailored programmatic solutions for clients and strengthen Kamiera’s digital product suite.

Ayesha Foote (pictured below) has joined from OMD where she was a planner/buyer.

She will bolster the client services team, along with two other client co-ordinators, Alana MacIntyre (pictured first) and Ariana Gantous (pictured second), all of whom started during lockdown.

Kaimera head of client services, Anna Magliano, said: “Understanding the needs of our clients is paramount at Kaimera. During these turbulent times, clients want us to have an agile team that can work with them as their media needs change. With our new hires, we are well-positioned to deliver on those needs.”

Kaimera has also expanded its social and content offering, appointing Nathan Brake (pictured below) as social & content executive.

He will work alongside Jade Harley, Kamiera’s brand, social & content director.

In addition to these new hires, Kaimera has promoted Olivia Scott to the role of client manager, recognising her excellent client service and innovative work on Cointreau and Yalumba.

Kaimera CEO, Nick Behr, said: “Hiring and onboarding during a global pandemic and a state-wide lockdown has been challenging. We are lucky to have been able to find talented and enthusiastic people who will contribute to our growth.”

“Just because it feels like the world has stood still over the past six months doesn’t mean people’s careers and development has to. It’s important that Kaimerians feel rewarded and recognised for their hard work and get to share in the success of the agency.”

The appointments and promotions are effective immediately.
