iHeartRadio & Surf Life Saving NSW Revive ‘Surf Life Sounds’ For Summer

The Australian Radio Network’s iHeartRadio Australia has teamed up with Surf Life Saving NSW (SLS NSW) for another year of ‘Surf Life Sounds’.

The digital radio station features a mix of this summer’s hits, providing the official soundtrack to a safe summer at the beach while celebrating Australian beach culture. The Surf Life Sounds name was chosen by members of SLS NSW.

In 2019, iHeartRadio will work closer than ever to support surf life saving clubs and their members.

Surf Life Sounds includes important water safety messages and information on how to get involved with your local surf life saving club while having fun on the coast this summer – all from real-life NSW surf life savers.

Geraint Davies, chief operating officer of iHeartRadio Australia, said: “After the success of last summer, iHeartRadio have refreshed the station for SLS NSW – such a committed and important community.

“We’re honoured for the opportunity to keep members in touch with important water safety and important club information.”

SLS NSW spokesperson Liam Howitt said: “We are excited to partner with iHeartRadio for another year as they provide the soundtrack to summer for our members and, most importantly, increase the reach of our beach safety messages.”
