House Rules Host Johanna Griggs Hits Back At Woman’s Day Over Claim She’s “Crumbling”

Johanna Griggs has rubbished claims by Woman’s Day that she has lost her cool and is close to breaking point due to the demands of her role hosting Seven’s home reno show, House Rules, after the popular gossip mag ran a recent article suggesting just that.

With the headline ‘Joh Snaps: Enough is enough!’, the two-page article claims Griggs is “caught in the crossfire as the judges go head-to-head” on House Rules, and that she is “crumbling under the pressure of keeping up appearances”, according to a “TV insider”.

Griggs took to Instagram to refute the claims by Woman’s Day, describing them as “bollocks” and “just crap”.

Hey @womansdayaus I see you are at it again, writing bollocks. For the record: I don’t feel stuck between the judges. I’m not worried about my career, and I’m really not feeling any angst at all about this year’s series. It takes a lot to make me snap… and possibly the closest I’ve ever got is the frustration I feel when I read such rubbish. This is just crap that you’ve made up to try and have a dig at #Houserules which FYI has just been renewed again for another season. Oh and that pic you have used is several years old! #fictionandmakebelieve #womansday #makinguprubbishforyears
