Finder has appointed accomplished people and culture leader Shanyn Payne to the position of chief people officer as the global fintech continues its expansion. 

Payne joins with over 20 years of experience working with big brands including Afterpay, Seek, Priceline, Dick Smith, Online Education Services and Woolworths. 

Melbourne-based, Payne will take the reins of the people and culture function as Finder scales its crew and culture globally. 

Already servicing more than 6 million people globally every month, Finder is on a bold mission to help even more people make better financial decisions every day.  Currently a crew of over 500, this number is expected to double within the next two years.

Payne is responsible for ensuring Finder’s unique culture transcends business units and geographies as the company continues to grow its presence in Australia and overseas. 

She brings a wealth of experience to the table having worked with global teams ranging from 1 to 1000 people. At present Finder’s workforce spans more than 30 countries.
