The former chief executive of Swisse Wellness and founder of agency Noisy Beast, Radek Sali, has launched a full-service agency with the help of Chemist Warehouse.

Through his investment vehicle Light Warrior, Sali (pictured above) formalised a deal with the ex-CEO of advertising and marketing agency Quattro Group, Andrew Shostak, on Monday to create Stratosphere, which will operate as an independent media and creative agency, according to Fairfax.

Stratosphere’s first major client happens to be a key supplier of Swisse products – Chemist Warehouse – with its account estimated be worth more than $100 million a year. Chemist Warehouse also comes on board as a minority shareholder of Stratosphere.

And funnily enough, Quattro previously held the Chemist Warehouse account.

Speaking to Fairfax, Sali said Stratosphere’s point of difference will be to provide a service that meets the new needs of advertisers, and will help other companies target Asian consumers.

Sali’s latest play in the agency space comes after he sold Noisy Beast to Swisse Wellness back in August.
