Becks & Zinedine Zidane Enjoy A ‘Bromance’ In Latest Adidas World Cup Campaign

Two retired footballing legends have reunited in a new World Cup campaign for sportswear giant Adidas, who also happens to be a major sponsor of this year’s tournament in Russia.

The ad features none other than England legend David Beckham, 43, and French great Zinedine Zidane, 46.

Titled “Create Respect”, the ad’s a simple one where the two former sporting foes regale what they most admired about each other’s games during their playing days.

Zindane answers in French and ultimately one-ups Becks due to the fact he was a World Cup winner in 1998.

The ad’s the work of creative agency Iris and actually debuted on Beckham’s Instagram account. It includes the two iterations below:
