Campaign: Foxtel Says Thank You To Customers

Digital marketing agency MercerBell has launched its first major campaign for Foxtel since being appointed as their Customer Experience Agency in April.

Foxtel Access is a new Customer Loyalty program developed to say thank you to Foxtel’s customer across Australia. It gives customers access to an ongoing range of unique and exclusive experiences curated to get them closer to what they love.

According to Foxtel director of customer and loyalty marketing Chantal Walker, “Since Foxtel entered the marketplace it’s been a fairly passive broadcaster/viewer relationship. With Foxtel Access, we have an opportunity to take the brilliant entertainment we offer on-screen into the real world of our customers. No one else can deliver the type of unique money-can’t-buy experiences that Foxtel can bring to life.”

The launch campaign, created in collaboration with Foxtel’s in-house creative department, Foxtel Creative, introduces the Access Arch, a graphic device that will be used across multiple content platforms to identify when an Access experience is available for customers to enjoy. All experiences will then be housed on a central website. In addition, eCRM, social media and print advertising in the Foxtel Magazine will all be used to communicate to customers about upcoming events and experiences.

MercerBell’s MD, Julie Dormand, says, “We are incredibly proud of the work that has been produced for the Foxtel Access launch. This is a milestone in our relationship with Foxtel.”
