Shapes has brought back its ‘Flavour You Can See’ platform in time to celebrate the footy finals with a bit of competitive gamesmanship.

The campaign, which includes film, instore, OOH, digital display, social, PR and an interactive game, is designed to generate increased brand awareness and engagement during the footy finals, a key consumption period for Shapes.

Amplifying the competitive spirit of this time of year, ‘Flavour You Can See’ goes head-to-head across the Shapes range, just like teams on the footy field.

With digital display ads driving people to the Shapes Flavour Battle online game, players select their favourite ‘flavour’ before going up against a rival Shapes.

The game, linked to a live leader board, rewards the highest-scoring players across AU & NZ each week with a year’s supply of Arnott’s Shapes*.

Arnott’s Shannon Wright said: “Whether you’re catching up with mates to watch the footy, or taking on your friend’s top score in the Shapes Flavour Battle game, Shapes is there to help add some extra fun and flavour to the big battle moments during this time of year.”

Publicis Neighbourhood creative lead Rebecca Carrasco said: “Football is full of friendly rivalry amongst mates, and this latest work allows the product to really get involved in the spirit of the game, not just from the sidelines.”
