Are You Feeling Judgemental? Apply to Be A Judge For Women In Media

Are you judgemental? do you have opinions? Have you ever watched Judge Judy and thought that should be me? Well, do we have the job for you!

Come be a judge for Women In Media! Extra points, if you say the phrase, “I’m speaking please!”

This year we are filled with pride to announce our Women in Media Awards presented by Are Media – a program that recognises the exceptional work that women have achieved in their professional arenas.

We are getting flooded with amazing applications and it is bringing us joy! But we need someone with opinions, someone with industry knowledge and someone that enjoys email banter to help us! (Okay, the email banter is just for our amusement).

So if you are qualified, a tiny bit judgemental and ready to read through applications with vigour.

Email us!

We need you, we love you and we will do our best to pamper you! Perhaps some wine, chocolate or your pick of our unspoken for office Tupperware.

Here’s the skinny on what we need from you:

  • Judges have to be at a senior level and in the industry for at least 5 years.
  • There are 30 award categories – Judges get allocated a category each.
  • Judges will be given a basic marking matrix and a login to our portal where they can view and mark the applications.
  • If there are any conflicts of interest, judges are able to flag this in the portal.
  • The judging period runs for 4 weeks all online (17th June – 18th July 2022).

Contact us here!

We are excited to hear from you and remember being judgemental is a skill, not a fault!
