Announcing B&T Awards 2019 Shortlist (Part 1)

Photography by andre&dominqiue

The day you’ve all been patiently waiting for has finally arrived – the B&T Awards 2019 shortlist (part 1).

If you’re on this list – a massive congrats! If you’re not, don’t fret. This is just part 1 including all agency of the year categories, with the final shortlist to follow next Monday 23 Sept.

Now onto the important information.

Agencies on this list must present at the second judging round on Friday October 18. The live judging day will be held at Christie Spaces and Conference Centre – 100 Walker St, North Sydney and the B&T team will be in touch with all shortlisted in major categories with all the details.

For those required at the live judging day, read this next steps carefully:

  • RSVP to viv@bandt.com.au with names of all presenting team members, as well as whether you’ll be attending the concluding drinks.
  • Prepare your presentation – each shortlisted entrant will have five minutes set up time and 20 minutes to present in front of a judging panel, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A with the panel.
  • Your presentation should address the same set of criteria as your hard copy entry.
  • Based interstate/overseas? If you cannot attend the judging day, please advise our team ASAP.

If you’ve been shortlisted, make sure you also supply one of the following to viv@bandt.com.au by October 18 to show as you (hopefully) pick up your shiny trophy: a showreel of up to 15 seconds – 16:9 in H264 HD OR a team photo in high res, 16:9 dimension, JPEG.

Also, please double check your company name is spelled correctly; otherwise you could have a trophy which has a spelling mistake on it. And no one wants that. So email viv@bandt.com.au with any changes by October 4.

Early-bird tickets will also only be available until October 4! If you’ve been shortlisted, we highly, highly recommend you grab your tickets now – because you definitely want to pick up your trophy in person. Get them right here.

This year’s B&T Awards will be held Friday, 22nd November 2019 – The Venue, Alexandria, Sydney.

So without further ado, here’s part one of the B&T Awards 2019 shortlist!
