Blackmores appoints Holler as digital creative consultants

Blackmores has selected Sydney-based digital agency, Holler, to be the digital creative consultants of the Australian health brand.

The partnership was finalised in March following a competitive pitch near the end of 2013.

Holler is already underway with the tasks given to them by Blackmores.

Blackmores have tasked Holler to redesign the website, help improve the user-experience of its online business, optimise the member program and reward customer loyalty as well as consolidating and extending Blackmores’ core digital property to meet the needs of multiple audiences.

“Working on Blackmores has already become one of the highlights of Holler’s client base,” Mike Hill (pictured), CEO of Holler, said of the new partnership.

“They are collaborative, adventurous, driven and organised. A perfect fit for our way of working.”

James Theophane, Holler’s creative director, said: “Holler and Blackmores are a fine match, and together we look forward to setting a new standard for digital innovation and creativity within the Natural Health sector.”

Of the appointment Andrea Slingsby, Blackmores’ head of digital: We selected Holler to work with us due to their uniquely analytic, considered and commercial yet innovative approach which has enabled us to fast track some quick wins for the business while working towards our full website re-design. We are thrilled to be working with Holler to successfully deliver this project together."
