Commbank came in second this year to the community marketplace, according to the trend report, followed by ANZ, Telstra, Seek and Westpac.

Gumtree and Seek were new additions to the top ten list, pushing back Qantas and Optus, who both featured on the 2011 leaderboard.

The ad search list was rounded out by Woolworths, Samsung, AAMI, Coke, Big Brother, Nike, Qantas and Carlton Draught.
