Adobe Unveils New Experience Cloud Innovations

Computer software giant Adobe has announced the launch of new innovations in Adobe Experience Cloud to help retailers excel in customer experience management across physical and digital storefronts.

The new capabilities (which you can read more about in this blog) help retailers to uncover insights that drive conversions and loyalty; close the mobile conversion gap; easily design, personalise and optimise ads; leverage photo-based product search and videos from social media; and customise product recommendations based on audience.

Furthermore, Adobe’s e-commerce business, Magento, has announced the general release of Progressive Web Applications (PWA), a suite of tools for building online stores with app-like experiences that help merchants solve the mobile conversion dilemma and delivery highly personalised cross-channel experiences.
