The plush styling of The Bachelor Australia’s mansion has been created by online furniture and homewares retailer Zanui through a contra deal with Shine Australia.
In return for decorating the mansion for Ten’s new reality program Zanui has bagged online presence on Ten’s The Bachelor site with an online virtual tour of the house and a “get the look” back to Zanui.com.au.
Dean Kelly, managing director of Zanui, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Zanui with an international brand and we are thrilled to be involved, as are all of our participating suppliers. Our fabulous furniture and homewares range will be showcased on national TV for 11 weeks in prime-time viewing, and that is very exciting.”
The deal between production company Shine and Zanui was brokered by PR agency, Megan Rose Management.
The e-tailer has also secured end of show credits of the program which debuted on Sunday, September 9 to 669,000 viewers.
