What do you do when one of your employees posts a video resignation on YouTube and it goes viral? Well if you’re Next Media Animation, you fight fire with fire.

Marina Shifrin posted a humorous video of herself dancing to Kanye West’s Gone and it went off the charts. Rather than being all quivery lipped about it, Next Media Animation copied Shifrin’s video shot by shot, but pointed out why they thoughttheyr were awesome.

They finished the video with the message: We’re hiring!
