Ten lovin’ it as McDonald's recruited to sponsor Wake Up

Network Ten has inked a partnership with fast food behemoth McDonald’s to sponsor its new morning Wake Up program.

Ten has described the link up as "an innovative" partnership, according to Fairfax Media, and will see the fast food chain catering for the hosts, crew and on-air guests of Wake Up.

A Ten statement said the move was part of its drive for :premium creative solutions … to amplify brands on air, online and on ground", and is part of its "Generate" program.

The partnership will see two full-time McDonald's staff-members serving guests and presenters on air to create the nation's smallest McDonald's outlet.

This latest Ten marketing move to drive revenue to comes at the same time as it partners with Woolworths for its show Recipe to Riches.
