Strongbow asks festival goers to behave like rock stars

Strongbow has launched its ‘Tour Rider’ promotion on Facebook for the Groovin’ the Moo music festival.

Kicking off today and running for three weeks, Strongbow, the official cider of Groovin’ the Moo, is giving Facebook fans the opportunity to win a VIP pack, as well as score double-passes to Groovin’ the Moo 2013.

To enter, punters will need to visit the Strongbow Facebook page and tell us in 25 words or less what four things they’d request on their ‘Tour Rider’. The most creative answer will win a money can’t buy experience, VIP pack and a double VIP pass, and a runner up in each state will get a double pass.

“Strongbow continues to support all the big music festivals in Australia, and we always want to give back to our fans. This competition gives people the opportunity to have an awesome festival experience on Strongbow,” said Craig Maclean, general manager of Cider.

Tickets for this year’s Groovin’ the Moo will be hard to come by with Maitland and Bendigo already sold out; the line-up is set to be one of the best – The Bronx, The Kooks, Tegan & Sara, Flume and a whole host of others.

The ‘Win a Tour Rider’ competition goes live today at 5:00pm and is only open to people aged 18 or over. The competition ends Monday, 8 April. Winners will be announced on the Strongbow Facebook page on Friday, 12 April.
