Seven dominated prime-time last night, winning every hour block from 7.30pm to 10.30pm as an extra episode of The Blacklist stayed above one million.
The Blacklist was again the evening’s most watched entertainment property, with 1.085 million viewers tuning in, according to OzTam’s preliminary metro ratings.
Seven News was the most watched show of the night with 1.22 million viewers at 6pm. Today Tonight won 6.30pm for Seven (956,000), at 7pm Better Homes and Gardens (769,000) came second to ABC News (825,000).
From then on Seven dominated. Better Homes and Gardens – Dr Harry’s Craziest House Calls won 7,30pm with 1.036 million viewers.
After The Blacklist came Criminal Minds at 9.30, winning the slot with 546,000 viewers.
Seven’s total share of all free-to-air audiences was 32.1% with 23.5% for the network’s primary channel.
Nine’s total share was 23.8% with 18.8% for its main channel.
Nine’s most watched show was Nine News (1.110 million) and the network’s most watched entertainment program was The Big Bang Theory (728,000).
Ten sat on a combined 18.8% share, just behind the ABC’s total 18.9%.
Ten’s primary channel won 12% compared to ABC1’s 13.5%.
Ten’s most watched program was Ten Eyewitness News (566,000), with The Project (511,000) and NCIS (487,000) also in the top 20.
SBS was left with a 6.3% share of all FTA viewers with 5.3% for SBS ONE.
