"NOVA Entertainment announced the appointment of Claire Marshall to the new position of Music Marketing Director.

Claire will be responsible for NOVA Entertainment’s music content development, leveraging music artists and events into commercial and marketing opportunities that are aligned with the network’s programming and marketing objectives.

Paul Jackson, NOVA Entertainment Group Program Director said, “Claire’s extensive experience within NOVA Entertainment and unrivalled contacts in the industry made her the ideal candidate for this role. We are delighted to be able to promote within our team, it’s a great reflection of the talent we have within the company, and we can’t wait for Claire to join the team in Sydney.”

Claire said, “NOVA Entertainment is one of the most dynamic media companies. I have lived and breathed the brand in a programming and music capacity for many years so I am very excited about this new role. Claire got her start in radio as the Top 40 night presenter at Triple M. In 2002 she moved to the UK and took up a role as Drive Presenter for Star 107.3. In 2003 she returned to Perth and joined the newly launched Nova 93.7 as Assistant Music Director and announcer. Claire was appointed Nova 93.7’s Music Director in 2006.
