New publicity manager for ARN Melbourne

Australian Radio Network (ARN) has hired former Network Ten marketing and publicity manager Stephanie Bansemer-Brown as publicity consultant for its Melbourne stations.

Bansemer-Brown has taken over all in-house publicity from Flourish PR.

In her new role Bansemer-Brown will work closely with the content teams of Mix 101.1 and Gold 104.3.

Anthony Xydis, director of marketing ARN, said: "Stephanie brings extensive publicity expertise to ARN. Her TV background, passion for entertainment and understanding of the Melbourne market make her an ideal fit to drive the ARN suite of brands to the next level."

Bansemer-Brown added: “The Melbourne radio landscape in 2014 offers dynamic opportunities and it is an exciting time to be joining ARN. I am looking forward to working with the passionate breakfast teams of “Chrissie and Jane” and “Brig and Lehmo” to further develop their stamp on Melbourne this year.”

Brig and Lehmo started back on Classic Hits Gold 104.3 yesterday (Wednesday, January 15) and Chrissie and Jane (pictured) return to breakfast with Mix 101.1 from Monday, January 20.
