Imogen Hewitt to unite media and creative at Havas

Havas Worldwide Australia has appointed Naked Communications’ Imogen Hewitt as head of communications strategy and integrating.

Hewitt (pictured centre) will link together the creative shop and the newly formed unit Havas Media.

“Sydney, 17 February 2014:  With the intention of further strengthening the agency’s strategic resources, Anthony Gregorio [pictured right], CEO of Havas Worldwide Australia, today announces the appointment of Imogen Hewitt as Head of Communications Strategy and Integration.

Imogen will provide a senior strategic resource and be the interface with the newly formed Havas Media.

Imogen will also work closely with Phil Johnston who will continue to lead the Planning and Strategic resources for Havas Worldwide, and Mike Wilson [pictured left], CEO of Havas Media.

Imogen is an experienced practitioner with over 15 years’ experience

in the industry, both in Australia and South East Asia.  She was formerly Managing Partner of Naked Communications Singapore, Head of Communications Strategy at Naked Communications Sydney, and before that was Media Director at The Media Palace.

“We are thrilled to have Imogen join the agency.  She has a tremendous track record on major brand names at great agencies and with her strategic insight and implementation skills, she will be a great asset to our team.  She will be key in ensuring the creative and media side of the business are working seamlessly,” Anthony said.

Imogen added, "It's a very exciting time to join Havas Worldwide. Helping to bring together a really innovative creative agency and a new, and truly integrated, media offer is a unique opportunity in the industry and one that I am absolutely passionate about."”
