BBC World News and BBC.com have launched their new global brand positioning and marketing campaign ‘Live the Story’.
The push focuses on the reach of the BBC’s journalists: “With more journalists in more places than any other international news broadcaster the BBC brings unrivalled depth and insight to news from around the world and, because our journalists live the story, our audience can live the strong along with them.”
The campaign will include consumer and trade media with activity on TV, radio, press, online, out of home and experiential media.
The TV elements feature BBC correspondents narrating a news story, including describing the aftermath of a car bomb, and effect the hurricanes.
The push will focus on Germany, Singapore, and Hong Kong with additional activity across European markets and the US.
