Dentsu Nabs The ANZ Bank’s Ferrah Dagli For Chief People Officer Role

Dentsu has announced the appointment of Ferrah Dagli (lead image) as chief people officer of its Australia and New Zealand business. Ferrah joins the dentsu team from ANZ Bank where she partnered the retail, commercial and digital divisions of the bank to lead and re-imagine the Talent and Culture components of a new digital bank.

With more than 15 years’ experience managing major transformation and change projects, Ferrah will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of dentsu ANZ’s integrated people agenda, bringing together capabilities from across media, creative, digital, data, and CXM in one unified approach.

She will focus on building dentsu’s talent capability for tomorrow’s business needs, including driving dentsu’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and building a culture that celebrates differences and nurtures a philosophy of creativity everywhere.

Prior to ANZ, Ferrah held roles internationally with Willis Towers Watson and HSBC in London. She will join the dentsu ANZ leadership team, commencing Monday 4 July, and will report directly to Luke Speers who has been appointed chief people officer, dentsu APAC.
