Chrissie Swan Roasts Karl Stefanovic At The Logies

10’s Chrissie Swan roasted Nine’s Karl Stefanovic while they presented together at The Logies.

The Logie Awards are famous for the fashion, the drama, and that one international star that turns up and clearly has no idea who anyone is – this year it was Mel B!

But, last night delivered some laughs when Swan made a pretty fun jab at Stefanovic, who, naturally took it in his stride.

The pair were presenting for the Most Popular Lifestyle programme together and shared some typical Awards show banter.

However, before Stefanovic could read out the winner, Swan said: “I came to rehearsals, so I get to do the announcement!”

Stefanovic quipped back, “I was in Cocktails and Dreams, living my best life!”

Swan’s comment earned a massive roar of laughter from the audience, and even Stefanovic was amused.

Honestly, she got a bigger laugh than Julie Morris’s whole opening monologue did. Which is sad for Morris, but does speak to how funny Swan’s comment was!

Honestly, after two years of absence it is lovely to have The Logies Back!
