“Lord Knows I Need One!” Nick Cannon Recreates Ryan Reynolds’ Recipe For Aviation Gin Cocktail ‘The Vasectomy’

Aviation Gin have released their latest campaign ahead of Father’s Day (which in the US is celebrated on June 19th) featuring Nick Cannon taking the place of Ryan Reynolds in showing viewers how to make their popular cocktail called ‘The Vasectomy”.

Throughout the add, which can be seen below, Cannon continuously pokes fun at the number of kids he has and how they “adoringly” keep him up all night, jokingly showing signs of stress and insomnia as he attempts to make the cocktail.

He also points out “I could certainly used one!” referencing the name of the cocktail. For those who don’t know, Cannon is already the proud father of seven children (from multiple mothers) and is expecting his eighth in his relationship with supermodel Bre Tiesi.

After a series of failed attempts, the US TV show host manages to successfully create the cocktail recipe, with Reynolds making a surprise appearance and grabbing the drink out of his hands.

“I’ll take it from here Nick. I have three kids,” says Reynolds, prompting Cannon to reply “I have eight”, making the Deadpool actor spill the drink out of his mouth.

The ad ends with the two offering a hug of support towards one another, with Reynolds pointing out: “No wonder you have eight kids! You smell amazing!”
