Reports: Neighbours’ Chiefs Are Trying To Lure Charlene (Kylie Minogue) Back To Ramsay Street For One Last Hurrah!

Neighbours Bosses are reportedly trying to lure the queen of pop Kylie Minogue back to Ramsay St for the long-running soaps finale.

The Sun has reported that the writers and producers of the long-running soap are hoping the pop star will return for a memorable finale send-off.

The show is rumoured to be ending after Channel 5 announced it would not be picking the show up. This means Freemantle needs to find another broadcast partner – so the show’s fate isn’t looking great.

Naturally, rumours are already flying about how the show could end – and of course, everyone wants their favourites to return! Yes, people are demanding Guy Pearce but it’s Minogue that would drum up the most excitement.

After all, she’s an international pop sensation now and it would be simply un-Australian to not remember when Minogue ruled Ramsay St!

Minogue played Charlene Mitchen between 1986-1988 and her wedding on the show managed to grab over 19 million eyeballs in The United Kingdom.

Neighbours gave Minogue the platform to launch her pop career that has given us hits like, All The Lovers and Can’t Get You Out Of My Head – aka absolute bangers.

Fingers crossed Minogue graces Ramsay St with her presence again.
