Richards Rose Announces Six New Hires

Off the back of new business wins and a general rebounding market, Richards Rose has drafted in six new hires to keep driving their long term operating mantra “when we move people, we move business”. 

Roger Hayes joins as senior business director to work in the Mitsubishi Motors team. Hayes comes to the team with big stints at The Works, MercerBell and Ogilvy with a strong background in CX & brand across the UK and Australian market.

Melissa Daniels joins as account director to lead the BlueScope Steel business. Daniels has 20 years’ experience in integrated B2B/B2C marketing having a background in the entertainment/sports industries.

Paul Leone joins as a behavioural scientist. Leone will work in the strategy team to further develop Richards Rose’s Move Model as well as their Inspiration Code practice (a JV with the Business School at the University of Sydney). Leone was previously at Paper Moose for two years.

Georgina Akkermans joins as an account manager to work on the Mitsubishi Motors team. Akkermans joins after a stint at Eloquent, a digital marketing and platform agency.

Claire McGinley joins as a senior account Manager to work on a range of accounts. McGinley has a strong background in multi-channel marketing working in complex industries. McGinley also brings some exceptional social and digital management capability.

Nurul Arif joins as creative project manager and will be based in Adelaide to help service the University of Adelaide business. Arif has a strong background in account and production management having worked at Ogilvy Asia, NBC Universal, Huge and Cheil as well as most recently Rising Sun Pictures.
