Monday TV Wrap: 10’s Have You Been Paying Attention? On The Up

10’s quiz show Have You Been Paying Attention? built on previous week’s success to secure 731,000 metro viewers, as per OzTAM’s metro data, making it the top-performing entertainment show of the night.

Last night’s ep saw 2021 Bachelorette Brooke Blurton make her debut in the esteemed title of Guest Quizmaster.

It was beaten only by the powerful news trifecta of Seven News, Nine News, and A Current Affair. They had 1,124,000 viewers, 1,004,000 viewers and 768,000 viewers respectively.

Sweeping in after Have You Been Paying Attention? was ABC News, which had 705,000 viewers.

Celebrity Apprentice slipped well down the ratings from its premiere. The main ep had 545,000 viewers while the boardroom sep peaked at 611,000. It was beaten by Seven’s Home and Away at 625,000 viewers and the ABC’s 7.30 with 623,000.

However, Celeb Apprentice did beat both MasterChef and Big Brother.

MasterChef fared best of the two, with 603,000 viewers. Big Brother had 591,000 viewers but was beaten by The Chase, which had 594,000.

Last night’s Australian Story nabbed 556,000 viewers and shone a spotlight on Dr Michelle Telfer, who works with transgender and gender diverse children.

Also for the ABC was Four Corners and Media Watch with  481,000 and 477,000 viewers respectively. 10’s The Project had 524,000 viewers, while 10 News First had 377,000.

Nine’s Hot Seat had 486,000.

Finally, SBS’s top performer was Secret Scotland, which had 187,000 viewers.

Nine (all channels) and Seven (all channels) were neck-and-neck to win the daily share. Seven edged just over Nine by 0.6 per cent, at 26.8 per cent versus 26.2 per cent. Next was Network 10 with 22 per cent of the share, while the ABC Network had 16 per cent and the SBS Network had seven per cent.
