Tuesday TV Wrap: ABC’s Love On The Spectrum Returns To The Telly

After season one of ABC’s Love On The Spectrum (pictured above) was picked up for international release by Netflix, season two premiered last night on Aussie telly to 402,000 viewers.

The show follows the romantic lives of Australian young people on the autism spectrum.

Coming out on top overall was Seven News with 983,000 viewers, followed by Nine News with 914,000. Next was A Current Affair with 733,000 viewers, followed by ABC News with 627,000 as per OzTAM’s metro data.

Number one in the entertainment ratings was Big Brother, two of the contestants spent a romantic night on the floor of a hallway. The episode had 583,000 viewers.

Next was ABC’s 7.30 with 576,000 viewers, followed by Seven’s Home and Away which had 573,000.

MasterChef had 561,000 viewers as four amateurs faced off against a professional restaurant team.

Also on 10’s schedule was The Project, which had 493,000 followersfollowed by 10 News First with 354,000.

Nine had a Tuesday night movie, Oscar-nominated Bohemian Rhapsody, with 517,000 viewers, as well as Hot Seat with 441,000 and Nine News: Late Edition at 315,000.

For the ABC, Anh’s Brush With Fame had chef Manu Feildel on the muse’s chair with 462,000 viewers.

Finally for Seven was The Chase with 556,000 viewers.

Nine (all channels) had 29 per cent of the daily share, followed by Seven (all channels) with 27 per cent. Next was Network 10 with 19 per cent, followed by the ABC Network with 16 per cent and the SBS Network with seven per cent.
