As Australia’s number one locally made hand sanitiser in pharmacy, Aqium hand sanitiser will be supporting all AFL clubs by helping players and fans tackle germs to ensure everyone enjoys the game.

Aqium has been trusted by Australians for over 20 years to help sanitise hands by killing 99.99 per cent of germs.

As part of their partnership with the AFL and Marvel Stadium, Aqium hand sanitiser stations will be available across all of Marvel Stadium in addition to the players’ bench for both home and away teams.

The health and welfare of AFL players, staff, and the football community will continue to be the priority as we all remain committed to providing a safe and hygienic environment for all. Partnering with Aqium works hand in hand with this purpose as we welcome increasing crowds back in football stadiums across the nation.

AFL Executive General Manager of Customer and Commercial, Kylie Rogers said it was terrific to welcome Aqium for the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

“What we’ve learned throughout the past year is the importance of good hand hygiene, so we are delighted to be working with one of Australia’s most trusted brands across the AFL and Marvel Stadium,” Rogers said.

Ego Pharmaceuticals Managing Director, Alan Oppenheim was thrilled to share the news of the partnership and work towards helping instil more confidence in football fans attending games with Aquim.

“We can’t wait to bring Aqium into the lives of footy fans around the country and make the AFL a better and more hygienic experience for all Australians,” Oppenheim said.

In addition to supplying hand sanitiser stations for players and staff, Aqium will also sponsor club Trainer t-shirts with the partnership duration until 2023.
