“Get Stuffed!” Fast Food Chain Unveils Deliciously Comfy-Looking Turkey Pillow For Your Head

American fast food chain Arby’s has just made 2020 a little less horrendous unveiling a very comfy looking pillow for your head that comes in the shape of a roast turkey. And, even better, apparently it’s not even a joke!

The Deep Fried Turkey Pillow is designed to to slip over your head to help you have “the best turkey sleep of your life”, according to Arby’s.

Want one? Well, they’re selling for $US59.95 (A$82.40) via the website arbysdeepfriedturkeypillow.com.

Apparently, the promo is all to do with Arby’s new range of turkey wraps and sandwiches that coincides with Thanksgiving in the US on the 26th of November.

Commenting on the unique headwear, Joanne Torres, creative director at Fallon, the agency behind the stunt, said: “Everyone knows after an epic turkey meal, it’s epic turkey nap time. It only made sense to help Arby’s customers take incredible post-turkey naps whenever and wherever.”

To coincide with its launch, Arby’s also released this appropriately cheesy ad, too:

Arby’s CMO Patrick Schwing added: “Our Deep Fried Turkey sandwiches are one of our guests’ returning favorites, and we wanted to take a different approach to this limited-time offering.

“This holiday season, leave the deep frying to us—the meat experts. And once you’ve enjoyed one of our deep-fried turkey sandwiches or the wrap, you can rest with the Deep Fried Turkey Pillow Hat. It’s the complete holiday experience,” Scwhing said.

Not that Arby’s is the first fast food company to play in the poultry-come-comfort market.

Back in September, McDonald’s in the US unveiled a three-foot long snuggle pillow in the shape of one of its famed greasy chicken nuggets. Check out B&T’s original reporting here.
