DDB Retains Top Spot For New Business Wins For April, As Cummins&Partners Has A Flyer

DDB (Sydney and Melbourne) has retained the number one spot for new business wins for the month of April according to the latest data from martech firm R3.

Although, it does follow Tuesday’s news that April ad spends were down 35.4 per cent.

However, it was indie agency Cummins&Partners that was arguably April’s star performer, coming from nowhere the month previous to take fouth spot on April’s top 20 list.

The agency did it on the back of new business wins that included Sapporo, Hesta and Heritage Bank and the retention of Jeep/Fiat. However, the agency did relinquish Tourism WA to The Monkeys.

Second spot on the list went to TBWA – the same spot as March – while Saatchi & Saatchi was fourth and Ogilvy rounding out the top five.
