Ex-Clems Brisbane Director Rich Boland Resurfaces At Indie Agency Nick Did This

Brisbane independent creative agency, Nick Did This, welcomed ex-Clemenger BBDO Brisbane director Rich Boland as its new business director.

Boland has worked both agency and client-side throughout his career as everything from marketing director to managing director and brings a unique perspective to the agency.

His career roster includes time spent at GPY&R, V8 Supercars, Publicis Dialog, Publicis Mojo and Mitsubishi Motors.

Nick Did This founder Nick Pritchard said: “Rich and I worked together many years ago at Mojo.

“We’ve been great friends since then and I’ve always been equally in awe of his skill and terrified by how hard he makes me think. We’re beyond ecstatic to have him on board.”

Boland said he is looking forward to the new challenge.

“This is the first independent agency I’ve ever worked at,” he said.

“Nick and the team really get it. They get people first. And they’re incredibly passionate. They hate being merely satisfied. Because their passion is to be better, to imagine a better tomorrow.

“Passion so strong it ignites others. Inspires clients and the market. And frightens the competition. I’m excited to be a part of a team that has such passion for work, clients and each other.”
