Thinkerbell Snares Seafolly’s Creative

Indie agency Thinkerbell has been appointed as the creative agency for Seafolly after an extensive competitive pitch. The appointment will cover both the Australian and international markets and takes effect immediately.

Seafolly has been synonymous with Australian summer since 1975 and is Australia’s largest fashion swimwear brand, with a strong presence both locally and in over 40 markets around the world.

Adriane McDermott, CMO at Seafolly said of the appointment, “Thinkerbell were a breath of fresh air in terms of their thinking and approach. They really delivered a platform idea that will give us a voice; one that will redefine the category in a way that genuinely empowers women and connects to our brand truth.”

Margie Reid, managing partner of Thinkerbell said, “As an agency passionate about supporting Aussie brands, we are really excited to be working with Seafolly. We believe this category in the midst of a great evolution and can’t wait to work with the Seafolly team to grow this quintessential brand.”

Thinkerbell will join forces with Havas media to shake up the swimwear category with a new brand campaign this spring/summer.
