Elmo Ends Lannister Feud In ‘GoT’ x ‘Sesame Street’ Collaboration

As part of its 50th anniversary celebration, Sesame Street has teamed up with Game of Thrones to launch its “Respect Brings Us Together,” campaign, highlighting the importance of respecting one another, even in disagreement — and even in the case of sworn enemies.

The Sesame Street and GoT crossover has already amassed over 3.3 million views on YouTube and features the furry red muppet visiting Westeros to bring an end to the feud between Cersei (Lena Headey) and Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage).

In the video, Elmo said: “Elmo thinks that you two need to respect each other.

“When Elmo has a problem with his friends like Abby or Cookie Monster, Elmo doesn’t get upset! Elmo listens and learns from what they have to say.”

Tyrion replies: “If we stop fighting and work together, we could be stronger. I am willing to learn and listen if you are.”

“I can try,” Cersei says.

Watch the rather adorable spot for yourself.
