P2P Transport Limited Becomes Australia’s Largest Taxi Advertising Network

Nonstop Media has been acquired by ASX-listed company P2P Transport Limited, which will create Australia’s largest taxi advertising network.

Adflow, P2P Transport’s advertising division, will take control of all acquired media assets to complement its growing fleet of digital rooftop signage, vehicle wraps and in-vehicle entertainment products across Australia.

The acquisition grows Adflow’s footprint substantially by adding a further 1300 vehicles to its national fleet of 2600 vehicles.

Adflow will now have a strong regional presence in NSW, Victoria and Queensland, in addition to having substantial coverage across the major capital cities.

Asked about the purchase of Nonstop Media, Adflow GM Luke O’Connor said: “Nonstop Media, and Rova Media in its previous form, has been the leading player in the taxi market in Australia for the last decade.

“Adflow has many strategic advantages that Nonstop Media could not replicate and so it made the decision easy for the owners to sell a great business with significant upside.”

With a mesh network of vehicles constantly crisscrossing Australian cities, O’Connor said there won’t be a street that won’t be accessible to the Adflow fleet.

Adflow is offering pay-per-display and traditional purchasing methods that can be used to leverage the smallest of budgets.

With an additional 1300 vehicles under management, Adflow can offer not only traditional taxi back advertising, but vehicle wraps, in car digital entertainment and innovative digital taxi top displays.

“Our digital rooftop signs are testament to two years of research and development and are fully Australian manufactured,”O’Connor said.

“With leading technologies, our digital tops can show content based on time of day, GPS location or any dynamic trigger our clients may need.”

“With content constantly changing remotely and a soon to be released programmatic marketplace, we can start to trade location-based advertising through all the major trading desks and this really excites customers.”
