The Biffo’s Back! Sandlilands Roasts Rove & His Latest “Loser” TV Offering

They’ve reportedly detested one another for over a decade and the Kyle Sandilands-Rove McManus feud has again reared its ugly head in public.

On his Kyle & Jackie O breakfast show yesterday, Sandilands roasted McManus’ latest TV offering Show Me The Movie! that’s suffered poor ratings since it debuted on Ten a month ago.

Sandilands said the show was for “losers” adding: “If they’d asked me at Channel Ten, ‘Shall we put this show on?’ I would have said, ‘No’.

“Not only because I hate him, but who wants to see Rove putting on shows with classic move lines? That’s a loser show,” Sandilands roared before saying the program couldn’t even beat Seven’s The Chase.

And not that he left it there. The radio shock jock couldn’t resist having yet another dig at Rove’s failed radio return when he hosted 2DayFM’s breakfast slot with ex-Bachelorette Sam Frost. The show was canned in January last year.

“The radio show he did was so disastrous. Let’s put him on TV instead. Another disaster,” he said.

Last year Sandilands again taunted McManus, saying: “Everyone thinks he’s cookies and cream when he’s a little prick. He’s a little arsehole.” For his part, McManus has not responded to Sandilands’ latest jibes.
