PwC Tops The List Of Best Aussie Workplaces. As Adland Fails To Rate

Consultancy firm PwC has topped the list of Australia’s most desirable places to work according to an annual list compiled by professional networking site LinkedIn.

This year’s top 25 (see the full list below) is dominated by the big banks and accountancy firms with no media organisations featuring. However, Accenture – owners of The Monkeys – did feature.

According to LinkedIn, the list is compiled by the data of its members and is based on a firm’s mental health, perks (such as overseas secondments), flexibility, gender parity and the ability to have fun.

Commenting on the top 25, LinkedIn’s senior director of talent and learning solutions, Jason Laufer, said, “What all these companies have in common is a strong employer brand – actively promoting diversity, wellbeing and flexibility.

“As well as being supportive and providing terrific perks to their teams, it makes great business sense. Employees who feel valued, happy and supported are less likely to leave an organisation, and more likely to promote the company to prospective employees,” Laufer said.
