Customology Appoints Penny Horsfield As Head Of Customer

Behavioural economics and customer loyalty agency Customology has announced the appointment of Penny Horsfield as head of customer.

Horsfield has worked with a number of top-tier agencies across CX, having delivered work for the likes of Westfield, JB Hi-Fi, Roadshow Entertainment, Optus, Grill’d, and Woolworths brands such as BWS and Dan Murphy’s.

Customology general manager Michael Barnard Horsfield’s appointment is a strategic expansion of the agency’s senior leadership team and is pivotal to support its continued growth and success.

“We’re excited to have Penny join the Customology team, as she brings a wealth of knowledge and skill, which is a natural fit for our strategic vision and the reputation we have for delivering critical thinking and outstanding work for our clients,” he said.
